ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

With the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We work very sincerely and responsibly for dispatching your orders in the most efficient, safe manner. Norgay Himalayan Handicrafts Orders are fulfilled by Nepal Post Air Mail which normally takes 14-28 days to deliver. United States Postal Service will deliver the mail in the USA dispatched by Nepal Post. We also use Expedited ARAMEX, DHL, DPEX, FEDEX, SKYNET, UPS and TOLL which delivers in 2-5 business days (depending on the Country). Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day. Local holiday and weekend orders are processed the next business day.

You agree to provide correct and accurate credit/debit cards details to the approved payment gateway for availing services. You shall ensure that the account information provided by you in the website registrations form is complete, accurate and up-to-date.

SHIPPING

We know that shipping can be expensive at times So, to  make it hassle free and easy for you we have put the shipping costs in the most correct way so that you do not have to pay more than what is absolutely necessary.

For orders upto $24.99, we use Nepal Post Air Mail which normally takes 14-28 days to deliver. United States Postal Service will deliver the mail in the USA dispatched by Nepal Post. For orders over $25, we use Expedited ARAMEX, DHL, DPEX, FEDEX,  SKYNET, UPS and TOLL  which delivers in 2-5 business days.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address for the sole purpose of shipping and shipping records. While your credit/debit card information is collected at the time of purchase, this information is sent directly Payment Getaway’s Secure Server, and that is where it is safely held. We don’t save your card information on our server.

REFUNDS POLICY

Our customers can return their purchased items to us in case of damage or if they are not satisfied with the product. For the refund, the items must be returned to the seller within 14 days of delivery. Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make a wrong decision. However we want you to be happy with our product so call us and we will do our best to help.  In the instance where a refund is granted, refunds will only be processed once the product has been received in good condition and approved by Norgay Himalayan Handicrafts.S

 INTERNATIONAL IMPORT CHARGES & TAXES

Prices do not include overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or any other costs which may be associated with clearing goods through local customs. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer as is assisting local authorities with any information required for formal customs clearance in the county of destination.
